Located in Republic of Congo, Djeno Terminal, the export system consists of two Single Point Mooring (SPM) buoys located in 23m and 35m of water respectively. Each are held on location using six mooring chains.
CLIENT decided to replace the old BW CALM buoy with a new SBM buoy, including replacement of subsea and floating ancillaries (hoses, hawser etc…).
South Offshore was contracted for the full EPCI Buoy Replacement Project, including, project management, engineering, procurement, fabrication and offshore installation campaigns.
Scope Of Work:
Uninstallation of BW old buoy, including hawsers, floating hoses, subsea hoses
Installation of new SBM buoy, including hawsers, floating hoses, subsea hoses
PLEM Spool replacement
All marine activities, including towing of old, new buoy and floating & subsea hoses
Onshore preparatory works:
old floating & subsea hoses disassembly & cleaning
new floating & subsea hoses assembly & testing
Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and Start-up assistance
